Jasmine Stringer

Meet Jasmine Stringer, the newly crowned Miss World Australia 2023. Hailing from the Gold Coast, she’s your true Aussie girl next door. When she’s not hosting events or turning heads on the runway, Jasmine is in the classroom working as a primary school teacher.  She’s also a talented singer and equestrian, spending most of her spare time on horseback.

After tragically losing a close family friend, Tara Brown, in a devastating domestic violence attack, Jasmine is deeply committed to speaking out against this issue. As part of her Beauty With a Purpose project, Jasmine is using her platform as Miss World Australia to advocate for change and raise both funds and awareness for the Tara Brown Foundation.

An aspiring author, Jasmine is currently writing a children’s book, that tackles the tough subject of who children can call for help if they feel unsafe.

Her volunteer work tutoring Migrants and refugees inspired Jasmine to create unique workshops focused on essential life skills and the social and emotional well-being of school aged children. Helping young Australians navigate life’s challenges is a cause that lies close to her heart.

So whether she’s strutting down a runway, inspiring young minds in the classroom, or lending her voice to the fight against domestic violence, Jasmine is committed to shine brightly as Miss World Australia and is ready to bring the Miss World crown home to Australia.

Jasmine is also the Minespec Parts brand ambassador. Minespec Parts are dedicated to supporting women through their extensive sponsorships including the Cronulla Sharks Mermaids and the Cronulla Sharks NRLW. Her role at Minespec Parts has allowed Jasmine to live her commitment to supporting and empowering women both in Australia and around the globe.
